Early common diseases

1, hyperemesis Gravidarum

Symptoms: morning sickness seriously, to the development of disease status, no food, water, with dehydration, fever, cold sweat, limb spasms, heart beating faster.

Treatment: once must be hospitalized, supplementary water nutrition, if the symptoms after treatment in hospital is still quite serious, pregnant women and very weak to terminate pregnancy.

2, abortion

Symptoms: occur early in pregnancy, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain. Can be divided into a threatened abortion, inevitable abortion, abortion, abortion, missed abortion of infection.

Treatment: pregnant women should immediately go to the hospital, none of the conditions of pregnant women to hospital immediately, should be strictly confined to bed rest, prohibition of sex, prohibiting bathing, prohibition of alcohol, until the bleeding is completely stopped.

3, ectopic pregnancy

Treatment: ectopic pregnancy because the embryo is in a place outside the uterus, is a common gynecologic acute abdomen, if severe abdominal pain, collapse, shock and other dangerous phenomena, to timely hospital for surgical treatment, or life-threatening.

4, Mole--benign gestational Trophoblastic Disease

Symptoms: 8-12 weeks of pregnancy, unless there are obvious reaction outside of early pregnancy, the main symptom is irregular vaginal bleeding, sometimes none, recurring, the uterus increases significantly.

Treatment: hydatidiform mole malignant transformation may, so to contraceptive use in the 2-3 years after the evacuation, not pregnant, and to review on a regular basis.

5, anaemia

Symptom: after pregnancy tests check hemoglobin less than 10 grams, can be diagnosed as anemia. Severe anaemia makes intrauterine fetal hypoxia, growth retardation, suffocation.

Treatment: anaemia of pregnant women in poor tolerance to blood loss during labour force, shock, life-threatening anemia symptoms cannot be ignored, should be treated in a timely manner.
